Mumbai, Mar 1: Local train services on Harbour Line were affected on Thursday morning after a technical problem in Over Head Electrification (OHE). Initial reports suggested that local train services were disrupted between Wadala and Sewri station following the technical glitch. Local train services to Wadala from CSMT on Harbour Line were suspended after the technical problem. Commuters holding Harbour Line tickets and passes can travel from local trains on Central Line till services on Harbour Line are restored, tweeted the Central Railway. The suspension of local train services on Harbour caused big trouble for thousands of commuters during rush hour. Several local trains were delayed adding to the woes of commuters of Harbour Line. “On our request, BEST is running additional buses. Harbour services between CSMT and Vadala Road will soon be restored,” the Central Railway said in another tweet. The services were resumed nearly after three hours.
