Mumbai, July 15: local train services between Matunga Road and Mumbai Central Station are likely to get hit during the mega block on the Western line in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Western line mega block is expected to begin at 10:35 AM and will continue for four hours till 2:35 PM.

No suburban local trains will be operational on Western Railway and Central Railway’s main as well as harbour line during the mega maintenance block and the commuters are advised to plan their commute beforehand.

“On the main line, the block will be held on CSMT-bound Up slow line between Vidyavihar and Byculla from 11.20 AM to 4.20 pm. CSMT-bound slow services will not be available at Vidyavihar, Curry Road and Chinchpokli stations,” an official said. The local train services of Kurla-Vashi Up and Dn Harbour lines will not be operational between 11.10 AM to 4.10 PM.

The commuters of the Mumbai local trains are advised to plan their commute in view of the mega block for maintenance. On the Harbour lone, the mega block will hit the local train services between Kurla and Vashi from 11:20 AM to 4:20 PM.
