Mumbai, June 12: Lifeline of Mumbai, the local trains remains partially disrupted on Sunday. Due to repair and maintenance activities, the Central, Harbour and Western Railway lines remain abandoned for some period of time. Commuters travelling on Sunday need to check the schedule of mega block, which gets altered every week. The ‘Down’ line for Thane-Kalyan fast train would remain suspended from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Commuters need to adopt alternative routes to ply between the two stops between this period of time. All ‘Down’ lines from CST between 9:38 AM and 2:25 PM will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund, in addition to the list of stations it halts at as per the daily schedule. All ‘Up’ lines leaving from Thane will also stop at the above mentioned stations. All trains running from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM between CST and Thane will be ten minutes late.

Western Line

Mega block would remain till 4:10 PM on the Western line. Massive repair work is underway between Mahim Jn and Marine lines stations. Alternative trains plying from both the stations will not stop at Matunga Road, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and Mahalaxmi stations.

Harbour Line

All Down lines leaving CST for Belapur, Panvel and Vashi would remain suspended between 11:10 AM to 3:53 PM. Trains would play between CST to Chunabhatti, and from Vashi to Panvel. For some amount of convenience to  passengers, special trains would ply between Kurla ad Panvel between 10 AM to 4 PM.
