Mumbai IMD has predicted that heavy rains will lash for 24 hours. The big question is, how will Mumbai make-do with waterlogged roads and tracks. Meanwhile, a high tide is expected at 4:35 pm in the city today.
Along with heavy rains, the city is also witnessing strong winds and thunders. There is water accumulation in places such as Dadar, Matunga, Lower Parel, Bandra, Andheri, Kings Circle, Sion, Kurla, Santacruz, Hindmata, and many others. Due to waterlogging, the traffic in these places is running very slow.
