Jammu, November 30: In a shocking discovery, a huge cache of arms and ammunition was recovered by security forces from Nagrota terror attack site. The discovery also included papers recovered from slain terrorists in Nagrota attack bearing the name of notorious terrorist Afzal Guru. According to the evidence gathered so far, it is believed that the Afzal Guru Squad of Jaish-e-Mohammed is responsible for the dastardly attack. However, combing operations are still underway at the sensitive site. The attack led to the tragic demise of seven brave defence personnel. The situation is currently being reviewed by Army Chief Gen Dalbir Singh Suhag who is slated to visit the Nagrota Corps headquarter. A senior officer of the forces issued a statement on the operations underway and said, “Combing operation resumed this morning at the camp. The area is to cleared. Operation is on to see whether there is presence of any other militant in the area. The attack in Jammu took place in two separate incidents. Among the forces, those martyred include two Major-rank officers. Meanwhile, eight other security personnel, including a BSF DIG, were injured. However, six heavy armed terrorists were also eliminated in the ensuing encounter.
