On the occasion of Teacher’s Day Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Pranab Mukherjee will be addressing students tomorrow. The address will be conducted ahead of Teacher’s Day on September4, 2015 . Narendra Modi and Pranab Mukherjee will share their thoughts and interact with students. The address to the students is being held a day before Teacher’s Day 2015 (September 5) as it coincides with Krishna Janmashtami. Narendra Modi will give the Teacher’s Day speech on Friday 10.00 am IST at the Manekshaw auditorium. Pranab Mukherjee will address the Sarvodaya Vidyalaya and interact with teachers inside the President’ Estate. Special arrangements will be made to showcase the speech to all the children. The HRD Ministry has asked all the states to make arrangement to show the live speech of Prime Minister and President on September 4, 2015.
The Teacher’s Day speech 2015 will be broadcasted live on DD National and All India Radio. Similar exercise was also done last year to reach out to the young kids in schools. Although last year the event was surrounded by lot of controversies. The live streaming and telecast of the speech will also be available online on the official PMO website and YouTube channel of HRD Ministry.
