New Delhi: As March 20 — the date on which the four convicts are scheduled to be hanged — is inching closer, a new case has come up as Pawan Gupta’s counsel AP Singh complained that Pawan was physically assaulted by two police personnel. This is not the first time that the issue has been raised. But this time, they approached a court seeking action against the jail authorities. On Thursday, a Delhi court has sought the Action Taken Report (ATR) from Mandoli Jail authorities. Also Read - Nirbhaya Gangrape Case: President Rejects Pawan Gupta's Mercy Plea. What is Next?
