Bahraich (UP), Jan 13:   A man was arrested for allegedly spreading objectionable messages against a religion on mobile phone application WhatsApp leading to tension in Nanpara area here, police said today. Rajesh Rastogi was arrested yesterday when some persons alleged that he was spreading objectionable messages against a particular community, Superintendent of Police R L Verma said.

His messages had created tension in the area as people of a particular section objected to it. Later, on complaint of Maulana Moinuddin, an FIR has been registered against Rastogi, who was later arrested.
