Okhla Constituency Election Results: Amanatullah Khan of the AAP has defeated AIMIM’s Shifa Ur Rehman Khan by the margin of 23639 votes at the Okhla assembly constituency seat. The counting of votes for the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025 will scheduled to be held today, February 8, 2025, at 8 AM. The New Delhi constituency witnesses an intense three-way contest involving former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal from AAP, BJP’s Parvesh Verma, and Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit, son of former CM Sheila Dikshit.

These elections are high-stakes elections for AAP, BJP and Congress, as, AAP is hoping to retain its power for the third term while the BJP is eyeing to regain power after almost 27 years. Congress which once ruled the state for 15 years has struggled to claim even a seat in the 2015 and 2020 elections. Manish Chaudhary is affiliated with the BJP, Amanatullah Khan represents the AAP, Ariba Khan is a member of the INC, and Shifa Ur Rehman Khan is associated with the AIMIM.
