New Delhi/Islamabad: A Pakistan High Commission official on Sunday was involved in an altercation with an Indian woman in a market place in Delhi. The woman took the man to the police station and registered a complaint against him. However, the man was let off by the police personnel after he apologised to the lady at the precinct. Meanwhile, Pakistani government sources have claimed that the man was arrested. Speaking to Wion, Pakistani government sources in Islamabad said that the man was arrested and the government strongly protested this violation of the Vienna convention on diplomatic relations and added that it reserves the right to respond.
