Jammu, September 12: Pakistan has violated the ceasefire agreement at Jammu and Kashmir’s Nowshera Sector. The unprovoked firing injured a civilian in the area. This comes a day after the Pakistan army violated the ceasefire agreement in Poonch. More details awaited.

On Monday, the Pakistan Army had started unprovoked ceasefire violation at two posts in Kashmir’s Poonch. Indian Army retaliated in equal measure. Last week also, Pakistan had violated ceasefire agreement.

Union home Rajnath Singh on Monday said that Pakistan will have to mend its ways and stop ceasefire violations at Indian posts and civilian areas. He said that in 2014 he had told the BSF DG in 2014 that if they fire a single bullet, there should be no count of bullets from the Indian side.

He said Pakistan had no option but to stop ceasefire violations.
