New Delhi, Nov 1 : With the fourth round of polling underway in Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the atmosphere is for change and NDA has a ray of hope. “Atmosphere in Bihar indicates people want change. The Prime Minister has been campaigning vigorously in Bihar. Voting in the fourth phase of assembly elections, involving 55 Assembly constituencies, is underway. The polls to the 243-member Bihar Assembly started on October 12. The fifth and final round of elections will be held on November 5. The counting of votes will be held on November 8.
