New Delhi: Pramod Kumar Mishra was appointed as Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s new principal secretary and has already taken over his new assignment, an official statement said on Wednesday.
Notably, P K Mishra replaced Nripendra Misra, who stepped down from the principal secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office.
Earlier, PK Mishra served as the additional principal secretary to the prime minister. He had also held the rank of a Cabinet minister.
Besides, PK Mishra had served as the Secretary of Agriculture & Cooperation and Chairman of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
