The monthly programme will be broadcasted on All India Radio (AIR), Doordarshan and also on the NaMo App. The programme will be broadcasted in by Akashvani regional languages immediately after the Hindi broadcast. In the 44th edition of his monthly programmed, PM Modi paid homage to Jawaharlal Nehru on his death anniversary, and also recalled the contribution of Hindutva ideologue Veer Savarkar during the Independence movement.

He also spoke about protecting the environment and launching a green campaign, including citizens shunning the use of low-quality plastic, and having a mass tree plantation drive during the monsoon.

The prime minister had also encouraged the citizens to take part in the International Yoga Day on June 21.

Every month, PM Modi shares his thoughts with the people of the nation, encouraging them to work towards the betterment of the the society, and also asks for their suggestions and views.
