New Delhi, Jan 19: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday took a potshot at Prime Minister Narendra Modi after he invited suggestions for the upcoming address to the nation, Mann ki Baat. In a tweet, Nehru-Gandhi scion asked PM Modi about the possible solution to the Dolkam issue.

He added PM Modi must answer how he plans to create jobs for unemployed youth. Gandhi, during his Bahrain tour, raised similar questions. He said that while India generates 450 jobs per days, China produces 30,000 jobs per day.

This is not for the first time that Rahul Gandhi has taken a dig at PM Modi over his monthly radio programme – Mann ki Baat. Addressing an election gathering during the recent Assembly election in Gujarat, the Congress president had stressed that his party would listen to ‘Mann ki Baat’ of the people of the state.

“On November 8 (when Modi announced demonetisation) Modiji told you that I am your PM and listen to my Mann ki Baat. And from today Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes in your pockets are not valid. The Congress’s government in Gujarat will listen to your Mann Ki Baat. It will be the government of all and not one person. We will fight the next elections with all our might and defeat Modiji and the BJP in Gujarat,” Rahul Gandhi said addressing a rally in Narmada district.

PM Modi has invited listeners to suggest topics for his first ”Mann Ki Baat” of 2018. ”It is always a delight to read your insightful ideas and inputs for #MannKiBaat. What are your suggestions  for 2018’s first ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on 28th January? Let me know on the NM Mobile App. http://nm4.in/dnldapp,” the Prime Minister tweeted.
