Hardoi (UP), Dec 20: Home Minister Rajnath Singh addressed a rally in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. Lashing out at Opposition over disruptions in the winter session of Parliament Rajnath said they were not letting us discuss demonetisation in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, hence decided to take it to Jan Sabha. “If discussions do not take place in the Parliament then we will do it in front of public and gain public support,” Rajnath said.
“Youth leaders of Congress say that if they speak an earthquake will occur, they have been speaking before too, but nothing happened,” Rajnath Singh said on Rahul Gandhi. On development, the minister said that his party will come to power banking on it. Rajnath also cited Madhya Pradesh saying,” Madhya Pradesh was counted among the BIMARU states, but now it reflects development.”
Criticising the state parties of UP (SP and BSP) Rajnath said that both the parties have failed to live up to the expectations of people and also stated that both the parties have done nothing for the welfare of farmers in state.
