Chhattisgarh, July 20: Ramchandra Singhdeo, former and first Finance Minister of Chhattisgarh, passed away in the early hours of Friday in Raipur. Singhdeo, who had been sick for last few months, died at around 1:30 AM on Friday, news agency ANI reported.
