Rohit Shekhar Tiwari, Son of Late Former UP CM ND Tiwari Brought Dead to Delhi's Max Hospital

New Delhi: Rohit Shekhar Tiwari, son of late former Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand CM N D Tiwari died on  Tuesday. Reports claimed that Rohit died of heart attack.

Confirming his death, DCP South Delhi Vijay Kumar issued a statement saying, “Rohit Shekhar Tiwari, son of late former Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand CM N D Tiwari, has been brought dead to Max Saket hospital. Further details are awaited.”

Rohit Shekhar was the biological son of ND Tiwari and Ujjwala Sharma, whom Tiwari married in 2014.

On May 29, 2013, Tiwari had given his blood sample for a DNA test following a Supreme Court’s order, after repeatedly contesting against undergoing the test on various grounds.

“The wounds will not go away even if I pretend. But all I want now is to spend some time with him. Our case has set a precedent and, hopefully, will help others who have gone through this,”Shekhar had said after the acceptance.

He had joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2017.
