New Delhi: Haryana’s Gurugram have declared closure of schools tomorrow. Meanwhile, Delhi government cancelled leave of employees in view of prevailing situation and preparedness for emergency response. This comes amid rising tensions between India and Pakistan, according to an order cited by PTI news agency on Thursday evening. The order issued late evening by the Services Department of the government stated that no leave will be granted to any official of Delhi government till further orders given the prevailing situation and preparedness for any emergency.
Amid this, the students and parents of Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Delhi are confused if schools will be open tomorrow or not? The students must note that as of now, there is no update on schools announcing holiday or conducting online classes. Any official order regarding the closure of schools has not been issued yet. However, to be on a safer side, the students are advised to be in touch with their respective school for latest update.
Drone flights and firecrackers have been banned in several areas, while flight operations at Bikaner, Kishangarh, and Jodhpur airports have been suspended till May 10.
