New Delhi: A Singapore Airlines plane on Wednesday made an emergency landing at the airport in Delhi after a glitch with its nose wheel, said reports on Wednesday. SG 406 Singapore-Delhi flight had 228 people on board. (Also read: SpiceJet Flight Overshoots Runway)
The aircraft was towed away to the terminal, according to a passenger on board. The official said full emergency was declared for SG 406 Singapore-Delhi flight.

He said there was apparently “loss of steering capacity” for the plane, which also aborted landing once. The plane made a hard landing and stopped on the runway, he added.
