New Delhi: While discussions are on whether US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will be visiting the Sabarmati Ashram, special Gujarati food are being prepared for the duo. Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani had earlier said that the White House will take a call on whether the Trumps would visit the ashram, the ashram said that it has been confirmed to them that they would visit the ashram where Mahatma Gandhi stayed from 1917 to 1930. Chef Suresh Khanna from Fortune Landmark Hotel said that are preparing special Gujarati delicacies for the first family.
