New Delhi: Indian Railways has witnessed massive transformation in the last 10 years under the Narendra Modi government. But did you know that the world’s longest railway platform is located right here in India? The platform is so long that multiple long trains can easily stand on it at the same time. It’s not just a platform, but a milestone in railway infrastructure.
The platform at Hubli Railway Station stretches an impressive 1507 meters, which is roughly one and a half kilometers long. This extensive length allows it to accommodate an entire train on the platform itself.
