In Lucknow a 65-year-old man named Krishna Kumar has been doing Hindi typing work outside General Post Office (GPO). The man has devoted last 35 years of his life working as a typist. Never did the man face any problem until lately when sub-inspector Pradeep Kumar reportedly asked him to vacate the spot. The cop abused the elderly man who has been working at the same spot for 10 hours everyday to earn his bread and butter.

After working persistently the typist earns Rs 50 per day. The cop went on to abuse the man and then kicked his means of earning into pieces. He kicked the typewriter repeatedly till it got dissembled. Not only did the typewriter shattered into pieces but also the elderly man’s means of earning met a dead end. The typist picked up whatever was left with the dreams of poor man. The whole incident was captured by local reporters.

The pictures of the same went viral online on social medium. Post which the cop was suspended. The District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police were ordered to visit the 65-year-old typist and hand him two new typewriters.
