Surat: 15-Year-Old Girl Died After Falling From From Fifth Floor, Incident Caught on Camera

The entire incident took place within 10 seconds in which the father of the 15-year-old girl can be seen running to catch her girl.

Surat, July 29: A 15-year-old girl died after she fell from the fifth floor of her apartment in Surat’s Mota Varachha area. According to a report, the -year-old girl was trying to hand over a packet to her father, standing on a ground floor, when she lost her balance and suddenly fell from the fifth floor to the ground floor.

The father of the victim also tried to catch the girl on the ground but couldn’t do so and the girl’s body smashed on the pavement. Immediately after the incident, the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared dead on arrival. The entire incident was caught on CCTV camera, reported Daily Bhaskar. Some reports also suggest that the daughter who was studying in Class X died on spot.

The entire incident took place within 10 seconds in which the father of the 15-year-old girl can be seen running to catch her girl. The accident reminds of security measures to be taken by the residents living in a multi storey apartment.

The victim has been identified as Pari Gajera, daughter of Pankaj Gajera who were living in the Apple Heights Apartments in the Mota Varacha area of Surat. Some reports suggest that the incident took place on Wednesday morning when Pankaj Gajera was on his way to his embroidery workshop. When Pankaj came down near his car, he suddenly realised that he left something upstairs and called his daughter to throw it from the window of the house. While doing so, Pari leaned on the window that broke and she eventually fell on the ground floor. She had nothing to hold after the window broke. As per the web portal that broke the news, it has been learned there was some repair work going on in Pankaj’ house when the daughter fell.
