Sushma Swaraj speech leaves L K Advani in tears

New Delhi, Aug. 12: Veteran Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader L K Advani was very much impressed by the scathing speech of Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday in the Lok Sabha. Adavi who was seated next to the External Affairs Minister, patted Swaraj’s back after she finished her speech in the Lower house of the Parliament. The senior BJP leader got emotional and praised Sushma Swaraj for her sharp replies to the Opposition.

A feisty External Affairs Minister trained her guns on the Congress Party, and specifically on its president and vice president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, to explain and justify the past alleged misdemeanors of the “First Family” and the party before targetting her on Lalitgate. Rubbishing Rahul Gandhi’s allegations of committing a criminal act in Lalitgate row, Sushma Swaraj raised issues of Anderson and Quattrocchi in her defence and even mocked at Congress vice president. “Rahul Gandhi is fond of going on holidays, I suggest him to go on another vacation and do introspection. Rahul Gandhi should ask his mother how much money she got from Quattrocchi. Anderson was flown out of India by Congress men,” said Swaraj.

Sushma Swaraj is receiving praise on social media for her impressive counter attack in the Lok Sabha.
