Winners List for Medchal, Malkajgiri, Qutbullapur, Kukatpally, Uppal, L. B. Nagar, Secunderabad Cantonment is out

Hyderabad: Counting of votes for Medchal, Malkajgiri, Qutbullapur, Kukatpally, Uppal, L B Nagar, Secunderabad Cantonment has been done.

As per the counting in Telangana, the TRS has won a landslide victory in the state.

In Medchal, Ch. Malla Reddy of TRS has won against Kicchannagari Laxma Reddy of Congress. Earlier, TRS’s Malipedhi Sudheer Reddy had defeated Telugu Desam Party’s (TDP) Thotakura Jangaiah in the 2014 Assembly elections. The candidate for the 2018 elections from BJP was Peddi Mohan Reddy, from Congress was Kicchannagari Laxma Reddy, and from TRS was Ch Malla Reddy.

In Malkajgiri, Hanumanth Rao Mynampally of TRS has won against Ramchander Rao Naraparaju of BJP.  Candidates for the 2018 elections from BJP was Ramchander Rao Naraparaju, from BSP was Jampala Manikyam and TRS had Hanumanth Rao Mynampally. In 2014 election, TRS C Kanaka Reddy had defeated BJP’s Ram Chander Rao N.

In Quthbullapur, K.P. Vivekanand of TRS has won against Kuna Srisailam Goud of Congress. BJP had fielded Kasani Veeresh Kasani against Kuna Srisailam Goud of Congress and TRS fielded KP Vivekanand. TDP’s KP Vivekanand had defeated TRS’s K Hanmanth Reddy in the 2014 Assembly elections by 39,000 votes.

In Kukatpally, Madhavaram Krishna Rao of TRS has won against Nandamuri Venkata Suhasini of Telugu Desam. Candidates for the 2018 elections from BJP was Madhavram Kantha Rao, TDP had Nandamuri Venkata Suhasini, and from TRS was Madhavram Krishna Rao. The TDP’s Madhavaram Krishna Rao had defeated TRS’s G Padma Rao in the 2014 Assembly elections.

In Uppal, Bethi Subhas Reddy of TRS has won against Tulla Veerender Goud of Telugu Desam. BJP had fielded NVSS Prabhakar against TDP’s Tulla Veerender Goud and TRS’s Bethi Subhas Reddy. BJP’s NVSS Prabhakar had defeated TRS’s Bethi Subhas Reddy in the 2014 Assembly elections.

In L.B. Nagar, Devi Reddy Sudheer Reddy of Congress has won against Mudda Gowni Ram Mohan Goud of TRS. Perala Sekhar Rao from BJP, D.Sudhir Reddy from Congress and Muddagoni Rammohan Goud from TRS had contested from this seat. In 2014, assembly election D Sudhir Reddy had defeated SV Krishnan Prasad from TDP.

In Secunderabad Cantt., G. Sayanna of TRS has won against Satyanarayana Sarvey of Congress. Telangana Rashtra Samithi’s G Sayanna, Satyanarayana Sarvey of Congress, Sriganesh Narayanan from BJP were contesting for this seat. In 2014 election, G. Sayanna from TDP was elected as the MLA by a margin of 3,275 votes. He had defeated his nearest rival, Gajjela Nagesh from TRS.
