New Delhi: Political advisor and former JD(U) leader Prashant Kishor took to Twitter to thank Delhi voters to ‘protect the soul of India’, as early trends showed that AAP was headed for a hat-trick with Arvind Kejriwal’s development plank taking the centrestage in this election.

In December, Aam Aadmi Party tied up with Prashant Kishor’s I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee) to fight this election. Interestingly, AAP was I-PAC’s opponent in Punjab election when it was working for the Congress.

Kishor’s I-PAC had helped Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy sweep both state and general elections. During the campaigning for AAP in Delhi, Prashant Kishor fell out of JD(U) leadership over CAA-NRC and got expelled from the party. AAP’s campaign slogan ‘Achhe Beete Panch Saal, Lage Raho Kejriwal,” was also coined by Prashant Kishor’s I-PAC.
