TISS admission 2015: Last date for registration extended to December 12, 2014

Tata Institute of Social Sciences has revised the dates for the Master’s Programmes admission 2015-17 as opposed to the earlier date mentioned as November 29.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences has revised the dates for the Master’s Programmes admission 2015-17 as opposed to the earlier date mentioned as November 29. Interested candidates can register till December 12, 2014 as December 12 is the last date for registrations/applications. Also, the candidates who have applied last date for the completion of the submission is December 15, 2014.

One can also use the TISS 2015 Android App to get updates from the application, information about the new courses and other details regarding the Master’s Programmes admission 2015-17. One can make avail of the programme of the day function wherein facts and other details are mentioned, announcements about the 2015 programme and also tips for the online forms.

Admissions are open for M.A. programmes, M.Phil and Ph.D PrograMmes and other short term programmes 2015. Candidates can apply online on the official website of TISS. The candidates will go through the TISSNET examination on January 10. Those who get selected will then proceed to pre interview test and followed by personal interview. The TISS official website will notify once the results are declared.

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) was established in 1936, as the Sir Dorabji Tata Graduate School of Social Work to meet the emerging need for trained human service professionals. TISS is a centrally funded public university with the entire plan and non-plan grants provided by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India (GoI) since 1964.
