Uttar Pradesh: Fake Patanjali Dealership Racket Busted in Gautam Buddh Nagar; Two Arrested

Greater Noida, May 10: The Uttar Pradesh police on Thursday busted a gang involved in giving fake Patanjali dealerships in Gautam Budh Nagar. In total, five people were involved in the gang out of whom two have been arrested.

Confirming the development, Nishank Sharma, Deputy Superintendent of Police Gautam Budh Nagar, said, “Five people were involved in the gang of which 2 people have been arrested.”

Established by Baba Ramdev in 2006, Patanjali Ayurved Limited has its manufacturing units and headquarters are located in the industrial area of Haridwar while the registered office is located at Delhi. The company manufactures mineral and herbal products. The company was formed in partnership with Acharya Balkrishna with the objective of establishing science of Ayurveda.
