Lucknow: Appreciating Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said “tasks that were impossible” for the previous regimes, have been made possible under the current government.

Speaking at the inauguration event of various development projects in Greater Noida, CM Yogi said, “All the tasks which were impossible for Congress, BSP, & SP, have become possible because Modi is there.” He added, “Namumkin ko mumkin banane ka naam hi hai ‘Modi’.”

Yogi Adityanath asserted, “Projects like connecting Noida and Greater Noida with metro were impossible earlier, Modi has made it possible.”

The Prime Minister also lauded Yogi Adityanath, saying “Earlier, Noida was known for various land scams. Today Noida is known for the new development opportunities. Noida is growing as a big hub for ‘Make In India’. Uttar Pradesh is changing.”

In a veiled dig at the Congress, PM Modi said, “Before 2014, there were just two mobile phone manufacturing factories in the country. Today approximately 125 factories are making mobile phones in the country, and out of those 125, many are in Noida.”

Lashing the previous UP chief ministers, the PM said that they avoided visiting Noida over the rumour that “any chief minister who visits the township loses power and does not come back to assume the office again”.

The Prime Minister Narendra inaugurated the Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section of the Delhi Metro’s Blue Line today, the services for which will be available at 4 PM.

This 6.6 km elevated section consists of six stations namely Sector 34, Sector 52, Sector 61, Sector 59, Sector 62 and Noida Electronic City. The new section will provide a convenient and faster mode of transport for the residents of Noida. The extended metro line will decongest the roads and provide an environment-friendly mode of transport.
