Bomb Threat: Mumbai Police On Alert As Caller Warns Of Blast In Dadar Mcdonald’s

Bomb Threat: A threat call was received by Mumbai Police Control Room on Sunday in which an anonymous caller informed about a possible bomb blast at McDonald's located in the Dadar area.

Mumbai: The Mumbai Police is on high alert as its Control room on Sunday received a bomb threat call, in which the caller informed about a possible bomb blast targeting a McDonald’s outlet located in city’s Dadar area.  The caller claimed that he overheard a conversation while travelling on a bus. According to the caller he overheard two individuals who purportedly discussed plans to detonate an explosive device at the fast-food outlet.

Upon receiving the call, police sent a team to address the threat. Search operation was also carried out by the cops at the McDonald’s outlet and its surroundings but found no suspicious objects or activities.
