Director Mohit Suri’s romantic film Saiyaara has won hearts with its captivating story and soulful songs. Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda have impressed audiences with their stellar performances. In particular, Aneet has left an indelible mark with her portrayal of Vaani Batra.
Reportedly, the role was initially offered to a popular TV actress who has also appeared on Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss. Let’s delve a little deeper into the story. According to a report by TeleChakkar, Aneet Padda was not the first choice for Saiyaara. Before her, the role was offered to TV actress Isha Malviya. Yes, the same Isha who appeared on Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 17. As an actress, she has also been a part of several popular TV shows, including Udaariyaan. However, for unknown reasons, Isha Malviya did not end up playing the role of Vaani Batra in Saiyaara, and the part eventually went to Aneet Padda.
