China’s intelligence agency has submitted a report to its top command regarding North Korean soldiers participating in the Russia-Ukraine war. Reports suggest that it highlights that North Korean soldiers are highly loyal and fiercely dedicated. Once assigned to secure a location, they defend it with their lives.
