Ban on bathing, cooking for terrorists: Israeli female hostages reveal shocking facts about Hamas, say…

The world is breathing a sigh of relief after the Gaza ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas. Under the agreement, four Israeli female hostages were released on Saturday. This was the second release of hostages since the ceasefire took effect on Sunday. Earlier, Hamas had released three Israeli women. Following the release, the grim reality of how the militant group had held them in Gaza has started to emerge. The three women who were released earlier have shared their harrowing experiences during their captivity, where they endured both physical and mental suffering.

Denial of Basic Needs

According to the Israeli women, they were moved between civilian homes and Hamas tunnels. During an interview on the N12 news site, the women revealed that they were kept in unsanitary conditions for months, and often denied basic needs like bathing.

Forced Labor and Abuse

Alongside experiencing physical suffering, the hostages were compelled to perform labour. Some were tasked with preparing food for their Hamas captors and cleaning restrooms. They were also forbidden from expressing emotions, such as crying or holding hands. A woman who was released shared that these conditions heightened their psychological anguish.

Moments of Hope Amid Captivity

Despite the horrors, the three Israeli women recalled moments of hope during their captivity. One of the women remembered hearing her family wishing her a happy birthday over the radio.
