Experts are of the opinion that the main reason behind this surge is higher exports to the United States and China. At the same time, imports declined by 2 percent.

China is also buying heavily from India

In the month of November, China purchased goods worth USD 2.2 billion from India, marking a 90 percent increase. Moreover, overtaking the Netherlands, China has become India’s third-largest export destination.
