Ajman tower near Dubai was engulfed in a major fire on Monday causing huge damaged to the residents. One of the building in the Ajman One residential are of 12 towers caught fire and spread to the next tower too. Following heavy smoke a pregnant woman was hospitalised after she complained of breathing difficulties. The fire has been currently brought under control. Firefighters battled through strong wind as the building is situation near the coastline. It is close to the border with Sharjah.
Burning debris are seen falling down in the video. Many of the flats in the building has been completely gutted down. On New Year’s eye a skyscraper opposite world’s tallest skyscraper Burj Khalifa had went up in flames following which the building was evacuated. However, 16 people have been injured. Ajman which is a city in Dubai’s metropolitan area was evacuated immediately after the fire. No causalities have been reported and fire has been doused out.
