Further, the court ordered a medical examination of the man, for which the report needs to be submitted in the court.

Islamabad: The Chief Justice of Pakistan ordered a medical check-up for a man after he decided to donate his property worth Rs 80 million to Pakistan’s dam fund. At the outset, the man’s family approached the court, saying that “the property was being given away without their consent”, News18 reported.
Sheikh Shahid’s wife and three sons told Pakistan’s top court that the former was suffering from a mental disorder after the court asked the wife if she was on good terms with her husband. Thereafter, the court declared that the property cannot be given away as a donation, adding, as per the Sharia Law, the property is to be inherited by the immediate family members.
Further, the court ordered a medical examination of the man, for which the report needs to be submitted in the court.
It must be noted that Prime Minister Imran Khan had earlier urged overseas Pakistanis to donate $1,000 apiece towards building dams in the country to combat the water crisis in Pakistan.
