St. Petersburg, Russia: Several floors of a university building in Russia’s second-largest city, St. Petersburg collapsed on Saturday evening, as per reports by Associated Press. The cause of the collapse is not clear. The floors of the Saint Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics crumbled without a warning.
