Honda Cliq is powered by the same 110 cc engine as the Activa with 8 bhp of power. The overall design too looks more rugged on the Honda Cliq with a distinctive off-road friendly feel. The scooter weighs is a light 102 kg, which makes 8 kg ligther than the Honda Activa and same as the Honda Navi.

Honda Cliq scooter also comes with Combi-Braking System (CBS) that helps distribute braking force more evenly, while you also get a maintenance free battery.

Tata Cliq is equipped with a mobile charging socket to charge your smartphone and tubeless tyres for riding convenience. The optional accessories on the Cliq include a front screen, floor cover, box center, cap cover, rear grip among other parts, and can be selected individually by the customer. Given the price of the new Honda Cliq, the only real competition it faces is from the TVS Scooty Zest.

Honda Cliq can take up to a speed of 83km/hr as per Honda engineers. In addition the smaller fuel tank of 3.5 litre also leads to lower fuel weight compared to the Activa which has a tank capacity of 5.3 litre.

Honda Cliq has been mounted with block pattern tubeless tyres because of the underdeveloped road network in the rural areas. Due to the rapid pace of development there are many villages which will have a mixture of paved, muddy or rocky roads. The block pattern tyres are suited for all road conditions.

For customization, Honda has provided optional parts that include front wind screens, floor cover, box center, cap cover and rear grip.
