Kareena Kapoor’s Pregnancy
Kareena Kapoor Khan had put on 18 kgs during her pregnancy on giving birth to her baby boy Taimur on December 20 last year, which she lost it all with a proper healthy diet and a strict exercise regime. In fact Kareena enjoyed her pregnancy by eating everything she ever wanted. During a Fb chat with her dietitian, Rujuta Diwekar, Kareena had said, “I flaunted it (my pregnancy), double chin and all, until the day I walked into the hospital. People said I could eat grilled fish or meat to avoid putting on weight. But I wanted to do it the conventional way, the right way. So I ate it all, but in the right quantities.”
