Bread Rasmalai recipe for Diwali
For Bread Rasmalai, you need Malai Peda (Boil 300ml milk and reduce it a bit. Now add rose syrup to the milk and soak until Rasmalai is ready. Mix 100 GMS khoya with nuts of your choice. Now make roundels out of white bread and stuff it with the khoya mixture. Now dip this bread sandwich into the roohafza soak and top it with nuts and our malai peda is ready.)
Now for rabri (boil 500 ml milk till it reduces in half and add 5-6 strands of saffron saffron, 1/8th Tsp cardamom powder and 3 tbsp sugar into it and boil for another 5-6 minutes and our rabri is ready.)
Now place malai Peda in the centre of the plate and pour rabri on the plate. Top it up with some nuts and flowers and our bread rasmalai is ready. Recipe by food blogger Kuljyoti Dhingra.
