Bread Rasmalai recipe for Diwali
For Bread Rasmalai, you need Malai Peda (Boil 300ml milk and reduce it a bit. Now add rose syrup to the milk and soak until Rasmalai is ready. Mix 100 GMS khoya with nuts of your choice. Now make roundels out of white bread and stuff it with the khoya mixture. Now dip this bread sandwich into the roohafza soak and top it with nuts and our malai peda is ready.) Now for rabri (boil 500 ml milk till it reduces in half and add 5-6 strands of saffron saffron, 1/8th Tsp cardamom powder and 3 tbsp sugar into it and boil for another 5-6 minutes and our rabri is ready.) Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe for Diwali
Ingredients used for gulab jamun are Milk, maida / plain flour, Baking powder, Ghee, sugar, water, saffron, lemon juice and rose water. Firstly, in a large bowl take ¾ cup milk powder, ½ cup maida and ½ tsp baking powder. Mix well, homemade gulab jamun mix is ready. Now add 2 tbsp ghee and mix well making the flour moist. Further, add milk as required and start to combine. Combine well to form a soft dough. Do not knead the dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sugar syrup by taking 2 cups of sugar, 2 cups of water, 2 cardamom and ¼ tsp saffron. Mix well and boil for 5 minutes or until the sugar syrup turns sticky. Do not attain any string consistency. Turn off the flame and add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp rose water. Lemon juice is added to prevent sugar syrup from crystallizing. Cover and keep the sugar syrup aside.
Gulab Jamun Recipe Continues…
After 10 minutes of resting the dough, start to prepare small ball sized jamuns. Make sure there are no cracks in the jamun. If there are cracks then there are high chances for jamuns to break while frying. Deep fry in medium hot oil or ghee. Fry on low flame and stir until the jamuns turn golden brown. Drain off and transfer the jamun into a hot sugar syrup. Cover and rest for 2 hours or until jamuns absorb the sugar syrup and doubles in size. Finally, enjoy gulab jamun with ice cream or as it is. Ingredients used for making Chocolate Oreo Tart are Oreo Biscuits, Butter, Dark chocolate for chocolate sauce, and Cream. Recipe: Take 3 packets of Oreo Vanilla cream biscuits and grind it well to make powder form. After that, add 1/3rd cup of melted butter in that powder and mix it well. Take a Tart tray or cake mould and transfer the oreo mixture in that, Spread it evenly and press slightly. And, then keep this in Refrigerator for 20-25 minutes ! Till then, make chocolate sauce. For that take small pieces of Dark chocolate compound and then microwave for 20-25 seconds. After that add 4-5 tbsps of boiled cream, and then stir it well to make a smooth consistency sauce. After 20-25 minutes, the oreo crust is perfectly settled in the Tart Tray and then will pour the melted chocolate sauce in it and garnish it with Strawberries, Oreo Biscuits and a little bit of chocochips and some chopped chocolate pieces to make it drool worthy! After that, keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight! Whisk egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone cheeze, whipped cream and get fingers a finishing of it. Fold in the whipped cream dip the ladyfingers in the coffee shavings.
