Amid the ongoing LPG crisis in the country, inductions are being brought all over the country.

Rotis (Chapatis) are one of the best fiber rich foods of India, taken by the common folks of India on a regular basis.

The first step is to buy an induction and a Tawa which has a flat induction surface.

Although, making rotis is a bit difficult to make with Induction, but with these basic steps, it can be done.

Divide into small balls and roll into thin circles and heat a flat tawa on medium induction setting.

Cooking on Induction is very new for the nation but due to its user-friendly nature, it becomes easy.

It is a safer option to use Induction to make rotis when the supplies of LPG is limited.

Use a heavy-bottom or induction-compatible pan.

Keep dough soft for softer rotis and use tongs instead of hands for safety.

Making the dough softer helps you make a softer roti.

Avoid very high heat to prevent burning and flip only when small bubbles form.
