Booking an LPG cylinder refill has become easier and more convenient for customers in India. Using WhatsApp, IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System), or by calling a number (missed calls), customers of Bharatgas, Indane, and HP Gas can fill an LPG cylinder from the comfort of their own home.
Now they no longer need to go to the gas agency to order their refill. They can do so immediately, which makes it quicker and easier for LPG users to obtain their fill.
Domestic LPG cylinder booking can be easily done through several convenient mediums provided by oil marketing companies.
Bharatgas users can book their LPG cylinder refill by sending a message on WhatsApp to 1800 22 4344. Text either “Hi” or “Book” to 1800224344. To book their Refill by WhatsApp, Indane customers should text “REFILL” from their mobile number that has been registered at 7588888824. To book their Refill by WhatsApp, HP Gas customers can text either “Hi” or “Book” to 9222201122.
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has released an image highlighting different ways for consumers to book LPG cylinder refills.
Bharatgas users can book an LPG refill through IVRS by calling 7715012345. Indane customers can book their LPG cylinder via IVRS by dialing 7718955555. HP Gas consumers can place a refill request through IVRS by calling 8888823456.
