The Jinping-I is the largest dam in the world and is located on the Yalong river. It has a height of 305 metres and was completed in 2013, as per the report.
The Nurek is the second largest dam in the world and is located on the Vakhsh river. According to the report, it has a height of 300 metres and was completed in 1980.
The Grande Dixence is the third largest dam in the world and is located on the Dixence river. It has a height of 285 metres and was completed in 1961, as per the report.
