In these collection of pictures, we find out all about the 'unluckiest' cricketers in the Indian Premier League in last 18 seasons after never winning the trophy.
1. AB de Villiers: Former South Africa and Royal Challengers Bengaluru legend scored 5162 runs in his IPL career reached the final as well as Playoffs too but failed to win the title.
2. KL Rahul: India batter led Lucknow Super Giants to three successive Playoffs. He has scored 5222 runs in 145 matches in IPL but has never won the IPL title.
KL Rahul has also led Punjab Kings in IPL. He has scored over 500 runs in a season, seven times in IPL.
3. Chris Gayle: Former West Indies batter scored 4965 runs in 142 IPL games and has a top scored of 175 not out. But he has never won IPL title, in spite of playing in the final once.
4. Sanju Samson: Team India batter has scored 4704 runs in 177 IPL games but has never won IPL title. He reached IPL final once in his career.
Sanju Samson was traded to Chennai Super Kings for Rs 18 crore from Rajasthan Royals.
5. Rishabh Pant: Lucknow Super Giants skipper has the highest salary in IPL - Rs 27 crore. He has scored 3553 runs in 125 IPL games and reached the IPL final once with Delhi Capitals but lost to Mumbai Indian in 2020.
