Arjun Tendulkar grabbed his 50th wicket in First-class cricket for Goa during Ranji Trophy match against Maharashtra.
Arjun Tendulkar, who made his debut for Goa's Ranji Team in 2022-2023 season, has also claimed a five-wicket haul in red-ball cricket.
Arjun has picked a total of 13 wicket in the ongoing season of the Ranji Trophy out of the 50 First-Class wickets.
Arjun Tendulkar is 21 wickets short of Sachin Tendulkar's first-class tally of 71 wickets. Sachin also claimed 46 wickets in Test cricket and 154 in ODIs during his career.
Arjun Tendulkar was acquired by Mumbai Indian in IPL 2021 at his base price of Rs 20 Lakh, but he was ruled out due to injury.
Mumbai Indians bought him again at the IPL 2022 auction for Rs 30 lakh. He made his IPL debut against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2023, while his maiden wicket came against Sunrisers Hyderabad, dismissing Bhuvneshwar Kumar as MI went on to secure a 14-run win.
Arjun Tendulkar was retained by Mumbai Indians for the IPL 2024–25 season, but was traded to Lucknow Super Giants ahead of the IPL 2026 auction.
