The India vs Pakistan clash is set for September 14 at 8 PM IST at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. It will be the sixth match of the tournament and Suryakumar Yadav's first time leading India against Pakistan. There's also a chance the two teams could meet up to three times during the event, possibly even in the final.
Bollywood actor Zayed Khan has shown strong support for Team India ahead of their highly awaited Asia Cup 2025 match against Pakistan. Full of confidence, he praised the team, calling them "fantastic" and shared his belief that they will perform well in the tournament.
At a recent press conference, Zayed Khan was upbeat about India's chances. "India is going to outshine everyone, you know what I mean. I believe India is a fantastic team and mujhe lagta hai ki 100 per cent India jeetne waali hai, (I think India is going to win 100 per cent)" he said.
When questioned about whether India should keep playing against Pakistan despite political issues, the 45-year-old gave a firm opinion. "Kyun nahin yaar. Sports sports hote hain. Usme kya hai. Vahan jitne thode bahut sambandh ban sakte hain, banne do (Why not, friend. Sports is sports. What's the big deal in that? Let whatever little relationships can be formed there, be formed)," he remarked, stressing that cricket could help foster connections between the two nations.
