Shresta Iyer is younger sister of Team India batter and PBKS captain Shreyas Iyer. PBKS will face RCB in IPL 2025 final on Tuesday.
Shresta Iyer made her Bollywood debut with an item number song earlier this year called 'Agreement Karle' in movie 'Sarkari Bachcha'. The movie stars Ruslaan Mumtaz and Anya Tiwari.
Shresta Iyer's parents are both Mangalorean with Kerala roots. Her mother is Rohini Iyer and father's name is Santosh Iyer.
Shresta Iyer has been supporting her brother Shreyas Iyer and PBKS during IPL 2025 season. She did her graduation from Ramnarain Ruia College in Mumbai and schooling from Convent Girls High School. She shares a close bond with her brother Shreyas Iyer and is often seen in pictures and videos with him on Instagram.
Shreyas Iyer is first captain to score three fifties in IPL 2025 Playoff matches. He scored 87 in IPL 2025 Qualifier 2 against MI on Sunday, he also scored 65 while leading Delhi Capitals against MI in the IPL 2020 and scored 58 in Qualifier 1 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2024.
Shreyas Iyer was bought for Rs 26.75 crore by PBKS at the IPL 2025 mega auction last year.
