The Croatian team, along with their coach and other staff, pose after their emphatic 2-1 win in the semi-final against England. They will now face France for the title on Sunday.
It was Mario Mandzukic's late goal that helped Croatia, for the very first time in their history, reached the finals of the FIFA World Cup.
England players tried their heart out. They had plenty of chances to set up the summit clash against France. However, it was not meant to be. Tough luck for Harry Kane & Co.
